“If you're looking for something off the beaten track, why not consider this boat trip where you will learn more about Singapore's maritime history. You will get to discover more about the floating fish farms and see a traditional kelong (often spelled kellong colloquially) which refers to a traditional offshore wooden platform built on stilts used primarily for fishing or fish farming. Once there were 300 all around Singapore and now there are only a handful left. Hopefully with renewed interest in kelongs and increase interest in boat trips such as this, we can turn the tide around. We also stopped by a floating fish farm for a delicious meal of flower crabs, calamari and got to see our guide, boat captain and founder of Let's Go Tour Singapore catch some fish for our dinner. Overall, this was a really fun and meaningful trip where we enjoyed sailing past the Northwestern coastline of Singapore. We spotted a wild hog roaming the beaches of Pulau Ubin, sailed past Pulau Ketam (literally crab island) which gets is name from its pincer shape and chanced upon some Pacific Tern perched on the beams of a kelong. Robin was an excellent boat captain with a steady hand on the boat and ensured we had a smooth journey. With his deep expertise and hands on experience he was able to share interesting stories that gave us glimpse into Singapore's past, present and future. Whether you're a foreigner or local, I strongly recommend this tour as a Singaporean and fellow tourist guide to anyone who is looking to discover the rustic side of Singapore. Thank you Robin and Let's Go Tour Singapore for a memorable birthday celebration with family and friends!”

“Thankful for the opportunity to join Journey to the West Bus Tour. It was an enjoyable and well-organised half-day outing, with interesting stories about one-north, Holland Village, Jurong Town Corporation, and the scenic Little Guilin. I appreciated learning more about Singapore's history and development while exploring familiar places from a different perspective. Royston Liu, our tour guide, was engaging and informative, and the lunch was generous and delicious. Royston helped us discover hidden gems, and gain a deeper appreciation for our country's rich heritage. He is effectively bilingual! I like his pace, humor and pleasant disposition. A worthwhile experience for both locals and visitors alike!”

“We had an amazing time on the Singapore Bike & Bites Tour! It was the perfect way to experience the city beyond the typical tourist attractions. Cycling through Chinatown, Little India, Kampong Glam, and the Singapore River gave us a much deeper appreciation for Singapore’s history, culture, and neighborhoods. Our guide, Yong, was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about sharing Singapore’s history, local traditions, and food culture. He kept the pace comfortable, made everyone feel safe on the bikes, and was always happy to answer questions. The food stops were excellent and introduced us to local favorites we probably never would have found on our own. From traditional breakfast dishes and kopi to hawker center specialties and delicious local snacks, everything was authentic and delicious. This tour ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Singapore. If you’re looking for a fun, active way to explore the city while eating amazing local food, I can’t recommend this tour—and Yong as your guide—highly enough!”

“I had an incredible Kampong Experience tour with Colin. He is truly one of the best guides I have ever met, bringing the tour to life with his kindness and deep knowledge. It was a deeply meaningful experience; we learned so much about Singapore’s history while exploring this peaceful, lovely village surrounded by beautiful greenery. As the last remaining Kampong in Singapore, it is a must-see. I highly recommend this agency and, especially, Colin!"”
